ARTICULATE'S MISSION

We are dedicated to promoting Pinellas County arts in all genres and increasing community participation in cultural activities, through multimedia coverage of the region’s creative projects and people. This site is presented and managed by Creative Pinellas, a nonprofit founded in 2011 whose mission is to promote, incubate, develop and sustain the Pinellas County arts community.
